Tammy Vaknine has been a geriatric care manager for 7 of her 16 years in nursing. Her qualifications include work as an Assessment Specialist for long-term care insurance policies, case management and disease management, hospital and home health nursing and private consultation. While working for a local geriatric care management company, she assisted as a preceptor for new care managers. Tammy is a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida, having received her degree in nursing from Palm Beach Community College, is certified by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She is an advocate committed to helping elderly clients and families navigate the challenges of aging and improving their quality of life. |
