Tammy Miller joined the WestLake Financial Group, Inc. team in the Spring of 2001 as a Project Manager; while simultaneously managing the Benefit Center. Currently Tammy directs a team of Project Managers and Technologists whose responsibility include client websites, on-line enrollment, ongoing administration, and the electronic transfer of eligibility. Tammy and her staff also oversee upgrades to our products and special development projects.
Tammy gained much of her benefits and insurance knowledge at an insurance company she was employed with just prior to joining WestLake Financial Group, Inc. Her diverse background in Group and Individual Health Insurance was obtained through the variety of departments in which she held positions. The areas she worked included: Claims Administration, Benefit Counseling, Underwriting, and New Business Implementation. Tammy's prior management experience coupled with her significant knowledge of the various components of employee benefits helps to ensure that our clients are receiving first class service. |
