Tammy is in the Public Law section of the Austin office. Her practice focuses on representing large industrial energy consumers in state and federal regulatory proceedings. Prior to joining Andrews Kurth, Tammy worked for nine years at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, where she most recently served as the Director of Commission Advising. She has significant experience in both electric and telecommunications regulation.
