Tammy Chatkin, a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, came to 24 Seven from Guess, Inc. where she spent seven years as a recruiter and the company's recruitment manager. At Guess, Tammy was responsible for establishing and managing Guess' manufacturing recruitment division as well as the company's intern and college graduate recruitment programs. Having extensive experience in the West Coast fashion arena, Tammy truly understands the needs, trends, and business models of her West Coast clients.
Tammy's leadership skills have proven invaluable as she successfully guides the direction of the 24 Seven West Coast offices. Tammy has also been a visiting lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) since 1994 as well was an instructor for FIDM's Career Life Planning course. She manages the valuable relationships with FIDM and Otis. Additionally, Tammy is a founding member of FIDM's Fashion Industry Human Resource Board (FIHR). |
