Tamela Woods is an associate in the corporate and securities practice. Tamela has experience representing a variety of corporate clients including sponsors of real estate and infrastructure investment funds (particularly with respect to the formation and ongoing governance of investment funds); issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions including U.S. public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; and purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures.
