Tam holds Bachelor and Master of science degrees from the University of Minnesota and has attended continuing Education at the University of California Los Angeles. He has over 5 years of experience with Honeywell Inc. as Senior Computer Application and Production Engineer and over 15 years experience with TRW as Project Manager and Program Manager. His most recent responsibility has been implementation of LAPD Emergency Command Control Communications Systems. |
