Tadd Clelland oversees community operations for Senior Living Residences, including resident care, food service, sales and community relations. He brings a wealth of experience to his position having worked from the ground up in the assisted living industry, starting as a move-in coordinator/social worker in 1997 to handling community relations to overseeing daily operations as a community Executive Director. Mr. Clelland also has expertise in residential Alzheimer’s programs. In addition to his corporate position with Senior Living Residences, Mr. Clelland personally manages the day-to-day operations of the The BayView in South Boston, the company’s first assisted living community. Prior to joining the Senior Living Residences' management team, he worked for Hearthstone Alzheimer’s Care and Marriott Corporations’ assisted living division as Director of Community Relations for Marriott’s MapleRidge community in Dartmouth. Mr. Clelland’s professional affiliations include membership in the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass-ALFA). He has a B.S. in Social Work from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. |
