Mr. Norvaisa is a business process specialist with a strong background in financial reporting who has also spent several years in the petroleum industry. Prior to joining NewGen, Mr. Norvaisa served as an internal audit manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, providing Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance counsel to Fortune 100 clients. In addition to SOX activities, he led numerous internal audits involving inventory accounting, purchasing, contracts, invoicing and payroll. Mr. Norvaisa has also worked at Hess Oil Corporation, where he performed compliance audits on fuel distribution, purchasing and inventory control. He received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Gannon University, is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and is currently completing his CPA certification. |
