In addition to practicing general corporate law, Ms. Croscut practices in the area of ERISA and employee benefits. Ms. Croscut concentrates her practice on all matters related to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), including their design, maintenance, correction and termination, as well as the fiduciary duties related thereto. Ms. Croscut provides advice and support on designing, drafting and maintaining: qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and executive compensation plans. She has experience assisting clients with various ERISA related matters, including fiduciary responsibilities, plan administration, plan terminations, IRS/DOL correction programs, and COBRA.

Professional Honors & Achievements
While attending the Syracuse University College of Law, Tabitha was Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, an Articles Editor of The Labor Lawyer and received Order of the Coif honors. Ms. Croscut has presented on a variety of employee benefits topics, including the basics of Employee Stock Ownership Plans, COBRA, ERISA disclosure, and the affect of Internal Revenue Code Section 409A on nonqualified deferred compensation. She is a co-author (along with Robert E. Brown and Paul S. Fusco) of Basic Fiduciary Guidance for the ESOP Trustee in Corporate Finance Transactions, New York University Review of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, Matthew Bender, 2006, and was named one of the 2006 "Up & Coming" attorneys by The Daily Record of Rochester.

Tabitha also serves on the Board of Directors of Daystar, a special place for children with special needs.
