Govindarajan is responsible for the entire financial and accounting operations of the company including reporting, consolidation and financial systems development. Govindarajan brings into SGT his experience in Corporate Finance, Financial and management accounting gained in the past 16 years in India and overseas. Govindarajan has occupied middle and senior management positions in Bharat Petroleum, WS Industries and Ford India and has successfully spearheaded the financial operations in these companies. He has also served in the Middle East as a Financial Consultant to the Federal Agencies in Bahrain and in the USA as the Head of Finance in the ITES industry. Govindarajan is a Chartered Accountant from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant (USA). |
