Mr. Bédard is president of L-3 MAS Canada, which is active in commercial and military aviation services and has operations located in Mirabel (Quebec), Canada. Mr. Bédard started with the Defence Services Division of Bombardier as vice president, operations. He has an extensive background in the manufacturing sector, with expertise in continuous improvement of processes and supply chain optimization for high-technology industry. He has many years of experience in operations management and consulting with Canadian Marconi, Coopers & Lybrand and Nortel Network. Mr. Bédard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from l’École Polytechnique and a Management Diploma from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales. |
