Suzzanne W. Decker is a principal in the firm's Baltimore office. Ms. Decker advises and defends management in all aspects of employment law and litigation matters. She represents employers before Federal and State courts and administrative agencies throughout the region on matters including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, defamation and other employment torts, employment agreements, covenants not to compete, ERISA, wage and hour, unemployment, arbitration mediation and other matters. Ms. Decker also advises employers in the areas of human resource management, compensation, personnel practices and policies, handbooks, employment agreements, severance agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, ADA and FMLA compliance, OFCCP and affirmative action and investigation of sexual harassment and other sensitive issues. She presents seminars on behalf of clients throughout the country.
