Suzanne Buckley is a Senior Consultant with ERS Group. Ms. Buckley’s engagements have primarily focused on intellectual property litigation in the computer and semiconductor industries. She has extensive experience in patent licensing issues and in the analysis of reasonable royalty and lost profits damages. Prior to joining ERS Group in 1998, Ms. Buckley undertook economic research on technology transfer and worked on USAID-funded projects to implement institutional reforms, including antitrust laws. She also taught economics at the University of Maryland, College Park and California State University, Fullerton. Ms. Buckley holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park and a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics (with Distinction) from Swarthmore College. She is fluent in French and Arabic. |
