Susie Corbett is the vice president of library and information services for the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. Corbett was the systems development librarian at the Lister Hill Library, University of Alabama at Birmingham, from 2002 to 2006. Before that she was director of information resources at the Wake Area Health Education Center.
She began her career at the Health Sciences Library at East Carolina University and served in a variety of management positions during 16 years there.
She has a master of science in library science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a master’s degree in environmental health from East Carolina University and bachelor’s degrees in political science and Russian studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. |
