Ms. Tweed joined Kimco Staffing Services in 1994 as Director of Operations, bringing a dynamic track record of success in the staffing industry training and operations. Her numerous contributions include automating the company's job order system and developing and enhancing standardized employee training. Her expertise provided the best practices, reporting capabilities, personnel training and insider knowledge to keep Kimco sure and steady as the firm burst into its largest growth period ever. In 1995, she was promoted to Vice President.
Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Tweed was Regional Executive for a national temporary staffing firm, with responsibility for operations in ten California branch offices. She began her industry career with Abigail Abbott, where, at age 25, she became the youngest Vice President in the company's history. Ms. Tweed is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, a two-time winner of the Sales and Marketing Executives' Distinguished Sales Award, and a Dale Carnegie Sales Talk Champion. She attended Louisiana Tech University and received a BS in Business Management from the University of Redlands. |
