Susan Stelter is a member of the management team of West Monroe Partners, where she leads development of many IT strategy, information management, organizational design, custom application, and other solutions that help clients use innovative technology to improve performance and achieve business goals.
Susan has more than 12 years of consulting and industry experience, during which she has developed highly valued skills for identifying and resolving business issues, minimizing risk, controlling costs, maximizing productivity, creating lasting change, assuring project and deliverable quality, and managing complex projects on budget and on schedule.

Susan has substantial experience with a wide range of business-enabling technologies, including data warehouses and business intelligence/analytics and customer relationship management solutions. In addition, she has assisted clients with application architecture design, application development, software evaluation and selection, IT operational reviews, due diligence of systems prior to a merger or acquisition, and packaged software implementation.
Over the course of her career, Susan has worked with clients of all sizes and in a wide range of industries -- from healthcare to professional services, and from financial services to energy and utilities. Her clients have included Walgreens; Whirlpool; SXC Health Solutions; University HealthSystem Consortium; Underwriters Laboratories; Baker & McKenzie; Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal; Cardinal Health; First Energy; Lucent Technologies; Spencer Stuart; Health Newsletters Direct; and D.B. Zwirn.
Prior to joining West Monroe Partners at its inception in 2002, Susan was an experienced manager with Andersen's Business Consulting practice.
Susan is a member of The Executives' Club of Chicago. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Decision Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago. |
