Susan Lee is Counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. Susan is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, where her practice focuses on corporate and regulatory matters representing U.S. and international financial institutions including insurance companies, banks and private equity and hedge funds.
She has substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions, securitization transactions and life settlements as well as a broad range of financing transactions, including public offerings, private placements and secured and unsecured borrowings.
Susan is admitted to practice in New York and DC.
