Susan Koss specializes in litigation support and turnaround consulting services at O’Keefe & Associates. During the last seven years, Ms. Koss has worked on 74 litigation assignments involving business valuation, breach of contract, economic damages and fraudulent conveyance matters. She also has performed numerous valuation assignments utilized in estate and gift tax matters, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution and merger and acquisition engagements. Additionally, Ms. Koss has prepared complex financial analyses utilized in business turnarounds and bank workout assignments for clients.Prior to joining O’Keefe & Associates, Ms. Koss served as a division controller at SER Solutions, Inc., where she aided top management to formulate solutions to complex financial problems. Her responsibilities included management of the daily accounting and operational functions of the Company.
