Susan Kelly, CPC is Vice President / Partner of Management Search Inc. in the West Springfield, MA office.



Susan joined MSI in March of 1987 as an associate in the Accounting and Finance department. Having had success in developing her client base in the manufacturing and service industry throughout MA and CT she moved into a role developing other newly hired recruiters. She has successfully launched numerous recruiters' careers here at MSI.



Susan has a true commitment to the industry and her clients. Her clients appreciate her consultative approach and knowledge of the industries she works in. You can come to expect consistent and timely results when you partner with her on a recruiting project!



Prior to MSI, Susan worked in a management role at a large regional department store and another smaller recruiting firm placing administrative talent. Susan graduated from Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior.



Outside the office, Susan spends time with her husband and two young sons.
