Susan Devine joined Smith Hanley Associates, LLC, to expand the recruitment and placement of biostatisticians in the biotech industry. Through professional contacts and continual research, she remains current on industry trends, as well as on emerging and established biotech companies. She attributes her success in the industry to her continual effort to provide a long-term, big-picture perspective to her clients and candidates. Susan joined SHA in 2000 with seven years of experience in sales and marketing and a BFA from Syracuse University.
