Susan Connors serves as Merkle's Vice President of Data Services. She manages both the data processing business unit and the operational client management team. She and her team are responsible for day-to-day client management to include requests for NCOA, list hygiene, postal presort, and database development and maintenance requests.
Prior to joining Merkle, Susan served as Vice President of client services for Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing in Cincinnati, where she managed a team of world-class client managers and served as general manager of this $22 million dollar, full service production facility. During her career, Susan was also the director of marketing for the Mail Advertising Service Association (MASA), the nation's oldest and largest trade association for mail houses and letter shops. Susan has served as a board member of the Southern Ohio Direct Marketing Association and has been a speaker at national conferences on postal affairs and customer service. She holds a BS Degree in Business Administration/Finance from George Mason University. |
