Susan Burkhauser joined Compass in June 2006 after graduating from Cornell University’s College of Human Ecology with a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management. She concentrated in Consumer Policy, and developed an interest in the microeconomic theory behind antitrust and regulation/deregulation policy.
Susan spent two years at Cornell doing research on the effect of compulsory education law on high school graduation rates; she also led visitors all around campus as a tour guide. In her junior year, Susan studied abroad in London and was a marketing intern at The Day Chocolate Company.
Susan’s goals include furthering her education in economics, business, law, or public policy, finishing the New York Times weekend crossword puzzle by herself, and running a marathon. |
