Susan Brown Whitman has more than 20 years of banking experience, including eight years with Firstar Bank (now known as U.S. Bank). Her experience includes management of product development, marketing, sales and account analysis billing. Ms. Brown-Whitman supervised a staff of approximately 75 treasury management team members in seven states, and among her achievements, Ms. Brown Whitman managed introduction of state-of-the-art online banking and image services. In addition her key responsibilities included product segmentation, positioning and development for team training and motivation, key account management, and overall product quality. She also has experience in commercial lending, employee benefits, marketing and retail branch management experience. Ms. Brown-Whitman earned a B.S. in Business from Miami University and an MBA from Ohio State University. In addition, she holds a permanent Certified Cash Manager designation. |
