Susan P. Brockett is executive vice president of Leadership and Organizational Development in Human Resources at KeyCorp. The Leadership Development team is responsible for Succession Planning, Talent Slating, Leadership and Executive Development programs, Human Capital Planning and Performance Management and enterprise oversight of our Management Associates and Analysts Programs.
Susan began her career as personnel manager for the Marriott Inn and Ernst & Young. Subsequently, Susan enjoyed careers with both TRW and Bank One, joining Key in 1996. Most recently, Susan led the HR Relationship Management function and was the Senior Director of HR supporting the Key Corporate and Investment Banking organization where she drove HR strategy.
Brockett earned her bachelor's degree from Muskingum College in new Concord, OH. She also studied at the University of Barcelona, in Barcelona, Spain, and holds an M.B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace College. |
