Susan M. de Franca is President of Related Residential Sales LLC, a subsidiary of Related focusing on the sale of the company's luxury and super luxury high-rise residences. Ms. de Franca oversees all sales and collaborates with the development team on product development, and sales and pricing strategies. She also is responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and public relations strategies, managing their impact on the company's overall corporate profile. Immediately prior to joining Related, Ms. de Franca served as Executive Vice President of Development and Marketing for Davis & Partners, LLC. There she oversaw the marketing, sales and leasing of the firm's entire residential portfolio including 425 Fifth Avenue designed by Michael Graves. Prior to that, Ms. de Franca was an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of The Sunshine Group Ltd. where she worked closely with Related as well as other prominent developers and world-renowned architects such as Robert A. M. Stern at The Chatham and Richard Meier at 173/176 Perry Street. Ms. de Franca's career in real estate began at the M. J. Raynes Development Corporation where she presided over the firm's entire residential portfolio of co-op and condominium conversion properties. Ms. de Franca is a member of the Association for Real Estate Women. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from St. Francis College and studied real estate appraisal, finance and investment at Marymount Manhattan College.
