Susan M. Sharko is a certified civil trial attorney and a partner in the firm’s Florham Park office. Susan concentrates her practice on civil litigation and trial work, and her experience focuses on products liability, pharmaceutical defense work, personal injury and commercial litigation. She has been appointed as lead liaison and lead counsel by state and federal judges in pharmaceutical products liability litigation and has successfully argued both Daubert and class action motions in pharmaceutical litigation.
Susan is past president of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, a trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey, a master in the William J. Brennan, Jr. Inn of Court, the former chairperson of the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Trial Attorney Certification and the District X Fee Arbitration Committee, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. She is a graduate of Lehigh University and New York University School of Law and was a law clerk to now retired New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Robert L. Clifford. |
