Ms. Gabay is a Senior Vice President with BBTCM|WG. Since joining BBTCM|WG in 2000, Susan has been involved in over thirty investment banking advisory assignments in the defense and government services industry, including both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and fairness opinions. She has represented a variety of both public and private companies with revenue ranging from $10 million to more than $1 billion. Recent transactions led by Susan include the sale of Multimax, Inc. to Netco Government Services, a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Management; the sale of UTD, Inc. to Raytheon Company; the sale of FC Business Systems, Inc. to General Dynamics; the acquisition of Performance Management Consulting by OPTIMUS Corporation and the recapitalization of OPTIMUS Corporation. Prior to joining BBTCM|WG, Susan worked with Goldman Sachs Group in New York. She received a BA in Economics with a minor concentration in Political Science from Duke University. |
