Susan L. Stevens is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
Before joining McDermott, Susan worked as an associate in the commercial and antitrust litigation department of a law firm in New York. During law school Susan worked as a legal extern to both the Marin County District Attorney and The Honorable Marsha S. Berzon of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Susan's experience includes representing multinational corporations and financial institutions in various litigations, involving claims such as antitrust, breach of contract, financial torts, RICO, fraud, intellectual property and maritime torts. Susan has assisted on internal investigations and in taking and defending expert witness depositions.
Susan is a member of the American, New York and Maritime Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
