Susan L. Johnson has held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Alphatec Spine since November 2006. Previously Ms. Johnson was Vice President of Human Resources for FFF Enterprises a wholesale distributor of biopharmaceutical products; Vice President of Human Resources for Dimension One Spas a manufacturer of luxury portable hot tubs; and Vice President of Human Resources for Sulzer Dental a manufacturer of Class III FDA regulated implantable medical and dental devices. In total Ms. Johnson has more than 20 years of human resources experience much of which at the senior leadership level. She holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (S.P.H.R.) from The Human Resources Certification Institute the leading independent internationally recognized certifying body for the human resources profession. Ms. Johnson earned a B.S. (Cum Laude) from California State University at San Marcos and an M.A. from the California School of Professional Psychology. |
