Mr. Chace, age 44, has been nominated to replace Mr. Chace as a director of the Corporation. Ms. Decker has been the Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc., a leading global internet brand, since June 2000 and has been an Executive Vice President since January 2002. Effective January 1, 2007, she was named to head the Yahoo! Advertiser and Publisher Group. She will also continue in her current position with Yahoo! until her replacement is appointed.
