Ms. Hellinger has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation in the state and federal courts. She has handled appeals in both the Texas appellate courts and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Hellinger has represented foreign and domestic individuals, small, privately-held corporations, and multi-national corporations. She is experienced in bad faith litigation, antitrust litigation and compliance, probate litigation, civil appeals, and complex, multi-party commercial litigation.
