Susan H. Alexander is our Executive Vice President and General Counsel and has served in that capacity since January 2006. Ms. Alexander previously worked at PAREXEL International, a global leader in assisting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies bringing new products to market, where she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. From 1995 to 2003, she was the General Counsel and Secretary at IONA Technologies and Counsel at Cabot Corporation. In addition, Alexander previously served as a partner at the law firms of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder and Fine & Ambrogne. Ms. Alexander has a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Wellesley College. |
