Susan B. Kasser is a Vice President focused on mezzanine investment opportunities. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Kasser was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on financing transactions for acquisitions, leveraged recaps, LBO’s, and other special situations. Ms. Kasser was previously an Associate at Goldman Sach’s Private Equity Group where she worked on a wide range of alternative investment products, including direct private equity investments, secondary private equity investments, and manager selection for the private equity fund of funds. Prior to that, Ms. Kasser was an Analyst in Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research.
Ms. Kasser received an M.A. in international economics and finance and a B.A. in philosophy from Brandeis University, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She is a Certified Financial Analyst |
