Sunshine McCarthy is a facilitator and strategist with ServiceElements. She is an accomplished training facilitator and speaker, and has broad international business experience working with the aviation industry throughout the world. Through her career she has gained considerable experience and expertise in the areas of organizational management, training, customer service and staff development. Prior to joining ServiceElements, Sunshine served as Vice President of Commercial Aviation for MedAire, Inc. a service provider to the aviation industry. Previous to that she held a number of positions with US Airways, including Training Specialist and Manager of Cabin Safety the latter of which gave her responsibility for all safety issues related to the aircraft cabin environment. She has also worked as a Community Development Volunteer with the US Peace Corps in Cape Verde, Africa. Sunshine holds a Certificate in Aviation Safety from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Resources from Geneva College. She currently volunteers at a Phoenix homeless shelter serving on their advisory board and mentor program and also serves on the Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee. |
