Sung Hwan Park. Mr. Park is a director and the chairman of our board of directors. Mr. Park has been involved with the management of Mobicom Korea Ltd. since February 21, 2007. Mr. Park is a prominent figure in the Korean venture capital and mergers and acquisitions markets. He has served as a fund manager for Nomura Securities and numerous other blue chip financial institutions. Mr. Park graduated from Waseda University in Japan and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Park served as a director for Human Intelligence Inc. from 2001 until February 2007. Mr. Park also serves as a director for EcoPetro Co. Ltd. and Neowiz Inc as well as being the chairman of HI Group and Jungsoft Inc. |
