Suneal joined EXL in October 2001, and has been responsible for successful migration and management of several insurance and accounting processes. His current portfolio includes four large relationships from the US financial services market. Suneal has over 20 years of general insurance experience at various levels. He worked in East Africa for 6 years as Deputy General Manager and then as General Manager (CEO) for a composite insurance company, which had a group standing of over 60 years. Prior to that, Suneal worked with a large General Insurance Company in India for 15 years handling several responsibilities at the operations and client management level. He has participated in various training programs in Insurance and Management discipline during these years including Advanced Engineering Insurance training at Munich Re, Munich, Germany. Suneal holds the professional designation of Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, an equivalent of Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). He was also awarded honorary Fellowship of Insurance Institute of Uganda. |
