Mr. Jones has more than 40 years' experience in the practice of securities and corporate law. He participated in the SEC registration of the first insurance company to issue variable annuity contracts. His practice focuses primarily on the application of the federal securities laws to variable insurance products and the other securities activities of insurance companies.
