SueAnn Billimack practices in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Peoria, Illinois office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
SueAnn represents management clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice includes advising and counseling company management and human resources personnel on employment-related matters such as unlawful discrimination and harassment; employment policies and handbooks; hiring, discipline, leave, and discharge issues; reductions in force; wage and hour issues; documentation and record retention; union avoidance; and union/management disputes.
SueAnn handles cases involving enforcement of non-competition and confidentiality agreements, employment discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, breach of contract, and retaliatory discharge, as well as labor arbitrations. She defends charges of discrimination before various administrative agencies including the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as in state and federal court. She also represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, and the Illinois Department of Employment Security.
SueAnn also provides supervisor training, sexual harassment training, and other anti-harassment training for businesses and their employees.
SueAnn was named one of Peoria's 40 Leaders Under 40 by Interbusiness Issues. This award is reserved for leaders, achievers, and newsmakers under the age of forty. SueAnn was selected based on her accomplishments, strong business performance, and community commitment.
