Sue Mangiapane is an Account Executive at Graphic Printing Services, Inc. She specializes in analyzing printing needs and examines ways to maximize a client's budget to enhance the value of printed pieces in the market-place. She accomplishes this by researching a client's industry and making specific recommendations on printing projects. Sue has produced over 3,600 printing projects over the past ten years, seven of which have won PICA awards, for institutions such as Hurtado Furniture and Wake Forest University. Her knowledge of the industry, she credits, is due to her diverse client base over the years. "I have always enjoyed working with our production team to create new and efficient ways to produce marketing and packaging materials," she says. To keep up with the changing marketplace and technology place, Sue continues to educate and train herself by attending technical and customer management seminars. Sue has thirteen years in the Graphic Arts Industry. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro she received an invitation to intern at The Griffin Bacal Advertising Agency in New York. Her first job was with an ad agency as traffic coordinator and print buyer. With her experience as a buyer, Sue understands the unique needs of a print buyer, and can work effectively with both creative and technical functions in the print arena. |
