Sue Friend joined CRA’s Forensic Services team from KPMG in Melbourne, where she held the position of director. Prior to this, Ms. Friend was a director with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong, where she was based for 10 years. Ms. Friend has worked on a broad range of commercial litigation and investigation assignments, including contractual disputes (breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and post acquisition disputes), intellectual property matters, business valuations, fraud investigations, and insurance claims. Ms. Friend also brings her extensive experience in the preparation of expert reports for use in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and other investigations to bear on the firm, and has acted as an expert witness to assist legal teams throughout the litigation process, providing expert testimony in some instances. |
