Sue has extensive executive-level experience, having spent more than 18 years in the corporate world where she worked in Strategy, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain in the consumer products, film and financial service industries across Europe, the US and Australia. Sue now specialises in the development of leaders, guiding them and their executive teams through significant business change and helping them to shape their corporate cultures for high performance.
Since joining Senn-Delaney Leadership in 2004, Sue has worked with a range of international clients across EMEA including: GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, Abbott Diabetes Care, First Data, Airbus and T-Mobile. Her experience has included designing and leading a culture-shaping program integrated with Board leadership development and coaching and leading the cultural integration in Germany of two entities, one recently acquired and both previously competitors, into one company.
Using her previous corporate experience of mergers, acquisitions, business re-engineering and integration, Sue offers a unique balance of business operating experience and expertise in leadership and culture-shaping. Prior to joining Senn-Delaney Leadership, Sue spent 8 years at PepsiCo where she held leadership positions in Strategy and Finance (latterly as European Strategy & Planning Director for the Beverages division). Prior to this, she was part of the team that led the creation of PepsiCo’s European snack division moving from an autonomous local market model to a global brand, regional supply-chain and local market execution model. This gave her first-hand experience in dealing with the leadership team implications of changing business models and merging different corporate cultures.
Sue has a personal interest in coaching leaders to fulfil their potential which led her to train to be a NLP Master Practitioner. Having been a senior leader in a corporate environment, Sue understands and is comfortable with supporting Executives in their own growth and leading change.
Sue has a BA in Business Studies, Finance and French and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She has travelled extensively and has worked in France, Italy, Australia and the US and speaks French, Italian and German. |
