Dr. Borgonha has vast experiences in the conduct of clinical research in India and the United States as well as the global management of various clinical research projects. He is a graduate of St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, India and the Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, MA. Most recently, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Triesta Sciences, a clinical genomics company focused on RNA and DNA fingerprints in Oncology. A successful entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in starting two biotechnology companies, Angstrom Medica and Triesta Sciences. While at the Harvard-MIT Clinical Research Center, Cambridge, MA, he led the clinical research team focused on metabolomics in various disease conditions, including HIV, pediatrics and metabolic processing in healthy adults. |
