Mr. Krishnan 45 has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of corporate financial operations. Most recently he served as a principal with LAWCO Financial and Investment Banking firm in Minneapolis Minnesota. Prior to LAWCO Krishnan served for 13 years with the Valspar Corporation as the Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Reporting and Taxes and was primarily responsible for mergers acquisitions and joint ventures.
Mr. Krishnan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance’s Financial Management Program. He holds a M.B.A. from Mankato State University and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Bangalore University in India.
