Earlier in her career, she played a very key role in expansion of a small business, expanding from a $1 M to $100 M in three years. Her experience with various government agencies and fortune 500 companies is very valuable in managing Vedams processes and clients. Her entrepreneurial spirit is commendable and plays a big role in constantly shaping Vedams, as a trusted partner to our customers. Subha brings her rich experiences in managing a global distributed team, while meeting our customers needs just in time and budget. Currently, as a CEO and President of Vedams, she was instrumental in surviving the dot com downturn and establishing a viable business model for Vedams. Under her guidance, Vedams offshore development center was established, producing high quality solutions.
