Mr. Waldman joined Bayview Financial in 2000 as Vice President of Structured Finance, with primary responsibility for managing the Company's securitization programs and portfolio analysis. Mr. Waldman managed a sub-prime securitization program in the U.K., and facilitated training workshops on financial modeling, mortgage-backed securities and the taxation of mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Waldman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut. |
