Stuart D. Allen is an associate in the Litigation Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, resident in the Firm's Los Angeles Office. Mr. Allen's practice focuses on complex business litigation and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining Milbank, Mr. Allen was an extern to the Honorable Susan Y. Illston of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Allen is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Allen is a graduate of Yale University where he received a B.A. with distinction in Political Science in 2002. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2006 where he served as the Executive Submissions Editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. |
