Mr. Settle is Secretary of IDC and a Director. He also fills these same positions with IDC’s subsidiary, C3 Technologies, Inc. He is a 1963 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, with six years’ active service in the navy line, and received his law degree from Harvard University in 1972. He is a member of the bars of the states of Virginia and New York, as well as the federal district and appellate court bars in those states, the United States Tax Court, and has been admitted to practice before the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States since 1976, where he has had two cases.
Mr. Settle has been engaged in the practice of securities and transactional law since 1973, as a member of firms in Richmond, Virginia, New York City, and Northern Virginia, specializing in venture capital, private placements, public offerings, leveraged buy-outs and general corporate practice. |
