Stuart has 30 years' experience in business, commercial and securities litigation, including breach of contract and warranty claims, business torts, trade-secret and intellectual property matters, antitrust disputes, employment matters, shareholder and partnership litigation, product liability, real estate development and construction defects litigation.Stuart's varied litigation experience includes the prosecution and defense of more than 100 court cases, class actions and arbitrations brought by customers of national and regional brokerage firms involving investment products. He has also defended class actions involving product liability and residential construction defects claims with respect to more than 9,000 purported class members. He recently prosecuted a breach of warranty claim involving satellite hardware and a claim for an investment banking fee relating to a large corporate divestiture. |
