Stuart J. Yarbrough syarbrough@crosshill.com (973) 218-2690 Mr. Yarbrough has over thirty years of experience working with middle market companies and financial institutions. His experience includes advising clients in the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, loan restructuring and refinancing, capital raising options and strategies, and strategic planning. Prior to founding CrossHill, he served on the Board of Directors and as the Managing Partner of both the Washington, D.C. and Richmond offices of BDO Seidman, an international accounting and management consulting firm. Mr. Yarbrough serves as a board member of DigitalNet Holdings, Inc. and SBR, Inc. Mr. Yarbrough is a graduate of Duke University where he was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference Honor Roll for outstanding academic and athletic achievement. He is a member of the Economic Club of Washington and a member of Leadership Washington. |
