Stuart D. Neidus currently holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Anthony & Sylvan Pools Corporation, a company that operates in the leisure industry and is one of the nation's largest in-ground residential concrete swimming pool installers. Prior to this position, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Essef Corporation from September 1996 until Anthony & Sylvan's split-off from Essef in August 1999. At Premier Industrial Corporation he held various positions from 1992 until 1996, most recently as Executive Vice President until the company was acquired by Farnell Electronics plc. Prior to that, Mr. Neidus spent 19 years with the international accounting firm of KPMG LLP, serving as an audit partner from 1984 until 1992. He has served as a board member and on advisory committees of many nonprofit and civic organizations over the years. |
